Mind Body Spirit Festival - London
In this 32nd Mind Body Spirit Festival held in the Horticultural Halls near Westminster, we are delighted to be a part of this especially vibrant programme of workshops, performances and exhibitors.
The international flavour of the Festival continues, with participants travelling from Europe, North America and Australia. Throughout the week, the Festival resounds to the rhythms and energy of the performance stage, while over 100 stands invite you to engage with mind, body, and spirit sensations. For a different pace, visit the meditation room on the 3rd floor to join a free session, choosing from a diversity of techniques.
We look forward to you joining us and sharing in our enjoyment, inspiration, and a taste of something new.
