Do I pay £3.50 delivery charge for each item?
Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged delivery?
Do I have to take returns to the post office?
What is your Credit Card Security Code?
You would normally only pay £3.50 delivery charge for each order, no matter how many items you order. However there are some small items, which will cost less for delivery, and some heavier/fragile items, which may cost slightly more.
The £3.50 delivery charge is only applicable for UK mainland deliveries. Ex UK delivery cost will be agreed for the individual order and country of destination. Please e-mail us with your details.
Please check the delivery costs on your order screen.
If you try and order an item and it is out of stock, we can automatically send it out to you when it is available.
If the item was part of the original order, we do not make any extra delivery charge.
Your card will be charged at the point items are despatched. You will not be charged for items out of stock.
If you try, and return promptly, the credit will in many cases be issued before you get your next bill.
The delivery charge is non refundable.
This is the simplest way to return goods. Please ensure that you enclose your details inside the parcel being returned. A copy of the original invoice is the best.
We cannot issue a credit until the goods have been returned.
Currently, yes. The best method of return is to reuse the packaging the goods came in and return them via the post office.
You can pay by most credit and debit cards.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque.
Please make the cheque payable to Crystal Carols Ltd and write your Name, Address and Internet Order Number on the back.
Send to:-
Crystal Carols
11 George Street
Ashton-u-Lyne
Lancashire
OL6 6AQ.
Please note that we may require the cheque to clear before goods can be sent.
The card security code is a three-digit number found on the reverse of your card on the signature strip.
It is preceded by part or all of your card number, but is always the last three digits.
This security code gives extra protection when shopping online, as only the person who holds the card will have access to the code, as it is not printed anywhere and does not appear on normal receipts.
We regret we cannot proceed with your order without this security number.

Colour Reproduction & Natural Fibres
We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order, but please allow 4 to 5 working days for delivery.
If you have any special delivery requests, please contact us by e-mail or phone, and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
The website is currently only setup to accept UK orders, however if you are from outside of the UK please email us, and if we can help we will.
We take great care with the colours used in our collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation, and as most garments are handmade and hand dyed, the colour may vary slightly from batch to batch. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
The hand woven items, mostly woven on ancient wooden weaving looms, will naturally contain the occasional slub and other indications that the product is handmade. These are not normally deemed to be faults, but proof of their origin.
The prices quoted are believed to be correct at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within fourteen days and is in new condition. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.
If you are not totally satisfied with items you receive, simply return the goods, unworn, to exchange or refund the cost of the goods. Please note: Any returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that they are adequately insured.
